Why We Started
Youth travel soccer is one of the largest investments a family will make—thousands of dollars, countless weekends, and endless miles on the road. Yet, for too long, we have made these decisions in the dark.
We navigate a "Black Box."
We sign contracts based on a club's reputation, a shiny crest, or a trophy case filled by teams our children will never play on. We are sold a "Pathway to Pro," but often find ourselves in a "Pathway to Burnout"—placed on a 4th-tier team with an inexperienced coach, disorganized administration, and a toxic sideline.

We clearly label teams by rank. We ensure you know the difference between the "Elite" team and the "Revenue" team, so you aren't swindled by a badge.
Human Over System
A disorganized club can still have a brilliant mentor coaching the U12s. We rate the Coach (The Mentor), the Club (The Admin), and the Team (The Culture) separately.
The Whole Person Standard
We measure Emotional Intelligence, Individual Focus, and Technical Development. Because a coach who wins but destroys confidence is not a coach—they are a liability.
